“Position Training”

In this training program players receive the professional guidance of our coaches to improve individual technical and tactical behaviors, in the offensive and defensive moments of play, corresponding to each position within the field of play. The groups will be divided by position.

Positions

Goalkeepers, Defenders, Midfielders, Forwards.

Training structure

4 times a week from Monday to Thursday.

“Physical Performance”

In this program the players receive a training specifically designed by our Physical Trainers, ensuring the development of the physical, coordinative and cognitive capacities necessary in the fundamental aspects of the physical preparation of soccer such as:

– Strength Training 
– Coordination and neuromuscular agility
– Acceleration and deceleration with changes of direction
– Muscle strengthening and joint mobility for injury prevention

IdeaSport - Summer Camp Physical performance

“Beach Soccer”

In this program players are placed in a unique environment where the green grass is replaced with the white sand of the ESPN Wide world of Sports complex. The change of surface will allow for a fun spin on the game we all enjoy. Technical exercises along with organized competitions will provide a functional, physical & exciting time in the sand.

“Puro Futbol”

In this program players will live the essence of sport at its best, in which they will have the opportunity to meet other players and compete with the simple purpose of enjoying a fun environment, where the game itself is the objective of this program.
The coaches will focus on generating a healthy, fun, competitive space and will try to create in the players a culture of autonomy and independence as individuals within a team.

IdeaSport - Summer Camp puro futbol

“ALL IN”

In this program players will have the possibility to experience each of the programs detailed above throughout the duration of the program. Each day will individually provide exposure to all of the prepared summer program options.
