High-Performance training programing allows you to develop your skill set at a much faster rate. Targeting a certain area of your training not only allows you to improve those skills that require development but also provides you with an excellent opportunity to capitalize on your strengths as a player.

Our training program allows you to continue improving your skills and will help you get ahead of other thousands of players who are aiming for the same goal as you. The training sessions are designed to tackle position-specific topics of the game, and allow our coaches to pay attention to details that often get overlooked during team sessions.

In addition to the position-specific focus, our training program also incorporates a strength and conditioning component with exercises that are crucial to improve on speed, core resistance, and agility.

GOALKEEPERS

You will be able to train with the IdeaSport®
Goalkeeper Director as well as train in team settings.
Under the Goalkeeping´s Director’s supervision, each participant will be exposed to various technical, tactical, and psychological components that define the position.

The aspects to be trained include:

– Diving                     – Distribution
– Shot Stopping    – Communication
– 1V1Situations     – Mental Preparation
– Crossing                – Handling

You will be able to train with the IdeaSport®.

To be able to not only defend, but also to start an attack is a necessary aspect of today’s game. By developing defenders that are able to rationalize defensively and start off a counterattack adds a whole new value to the position.

Full Backs

Once a fullback is able to join an attack, the team in possession doubles the chances of being able to capitalize on a goal opportunity. By overlapping and creating chances from the wings your game will be impacted immensely.

The aspects to be trained include:

– Positioning
– Short Sprints an jumping
– Driven Balls
– Aerial ability

The aspects to be trained include:

– Change of Tempo / Speed

– Marking

Having technical abilities with the ball is not enough to excel in such a physical game that is experienced here in the US. The addition to working on your core, flexibility, and muscular strength allows you to expand your opportunities in the game.

– Soccer Specific Agility Training
– Position Specific Coordination Training
– Application and fine-tuning of gross-motor skills as they relate to soccer
– Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation
– Correcting Muscle Imbalances
– Optimization of Soccer-Specific Physical Abilities
– Strength Training
